  • The service delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope outlined in the proposal or agreement.
  • A technical error from our side has led to complete service failure.
  • You cancel a service within 48 hours of payment and no work has begun.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

  • Custom Software Development after project initiation
  • Digital Marketing campaigns once launched
  • Domain registration and hosting services
  • Design work or third-party tools/licenses purchased on your behalf

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@microtech.blog with your service details, order number, and reason for the request. All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
